Restoration: Saving treasured memories
How do you save those irreplaceable memories captured on tattered, torn, stained, fading photos before the are lost forever?
From the simplest scanning and cleanup of photos, negatives, and slides, to complex image restoration of torn, stained photographic treasures, images are expertly scanned in high resolution and preserved to be shared with generations to come.
This is not a high-speed, high-volume scanning service. There are many of those available at very reasonable rates. This service is for restoration of damaged, or otherwise at-risk images. Simple dust, scratch, stain removal and tonal correction can often be accomplished in 20-30 minutes. Extensive restoration may take several hours. Rates are $50/hour with a half-hour minimum.
